GUIDELINES
FOR POSTING TO THE RMI WEBSITE
General requirements:
As much as possible, all information
should be submitted in both official languages, preferably in separate French
and English documents. Single bilingual or English or French documents are also
accepted.
All information posted to the RMI
website will remain on the website at the discretion of the RMI Webmaster,
unless a removal date is specified. No postings will remain on the site
indefinitely.
All information posted to the RMI
website remains the property of the author. No information may be used without
the permission of the author. Author contact information is to be provided to
the RMI Webmaster. (Note, this information will not be
shared.)
Submission for postings to the RMI
website will be accepted in most currently available formats. Documents, their
layout in particular, may be edited, at the discretion of the RMI Webmaster.
Logos and images to be included in a posting must be sent as separate .jpg or
.gif files.
Job Posting:
Further to the general requirements,
the following information must be included: the location of the job, a
description of the job, the closing date for submission of applications,
contact information for applicants including a name, telephone number, mailing
or email address.
All job postings will be removed after
the closing date.
Articles:
Further to the general requirements,
the name of the author of the article is mandatory.
Presentations, Speeches:
Further to the general requirements,
the name of the author/speaker/presenter is mandatory.
