The RMI was founded in 1952 by a group of Records Managers in the Canadian federal government for the purpose of exchanging information and ideas. That principle still provides the foundation for today's organization.
Articles on Information Management
The Records Management Institute is interested in publishing articles written by members and others in the records, document and information management domain. Articles could include various information management topics, special projects, suggestions or general issues. Please send a short biography with your typed article. We will publish articles in the official language in which they are submitted. Printed items do not reflect the opinions of either the Executive or the RMI.
